This quick 5-second health check will run several automatic technical tests to ensure basic functionalities are working as they should. If the issue persists, we then recommend following the help article.

Verify "Enable AI" toggle is enabled

First, verify that the "Enable AI" Toggle on your chrome extension dashboard is enabled.

Check conflicting extensions

Other browser extensions may conflict with Coursology. Disable any other extensions you have installed, restart your browser, and check if the issue continues:

Type chrome:extensions into the address bar, then toggle off all other extensions except Coursology.

If you're not using any additional extensions or turning them off didn't help, we recommend clearing the browser's cache next:

  1. Type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData into address bar

  2. Set Time range to All time.

  3. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  4. Click Clear Data to confirm.
