Pause Plan

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click the subscription tab and then click Manage in your subscription tile

  3. In the Current Plan section, click on Cancel Plan

  4. On the second step of the cancellation flow, select timeframe you wish to pause for.

  5. Confirm by clicking Pause

Change/Switch Plan

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click the subscription tab and then click Manage in your subscription tile

  3. In the Current Plan section, click on Switch Plan

  4. Confirm by clicking the button in the Switch Plan pop-up

If the plan Is downgraded from Yearly to Monthly, It will use the funds as credit toward your subscription.

If the plan is upgraded from Monthly to Yearly, you will be charged the prorated amount for our annual membership.

Cancel Plan

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click the subscription tab and then click Manage in your subscription tile

  3. In the Current Plan section, click on Cancel Plan

  4. Follow the cancellation flow

Change Payment Method

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click the subscription tab and then click Manage in your subscription tile

  3. In the Payment Method section, click on Update, and enter your payment details
