Pause Plan

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click on your profile in the bottom left

  3. Select Manage Account

  4. On the second step of the cancellation flow, select timeframe you wish to pause for.

  5. Confirm by clicking Pause

Change/Switch Plan

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click on your profile in the bottom left

  3. Select Manage Account

  4. In the billing tab, click the Manage button on your active subscription

  5. Confirm by clicking the button in the Switch Plan pop-up

If the plan Is downgraded from Yearly to Monthly, It will use the funds as credit toward your subscription.

If the plan is upgraded from Monthly to Yearly, you will be charged the prorated amount for our annual membership.

Cancel Plan

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click on your profile in the bottom left

  3. Select Manage Account

  4. In the billing tab, click the Manage button on your active subscription

  5. In the Current Plan section, click on Cancel Plan

  6. Follow the cancellation flow

Change Payment Method

  1. Go to your dashboard

  2. Click on your profile in the bottom left

  3. Select Manage Account

  4. In the billing tab, click the Manage button on your active subscription

  5. In the Payment Method section, click on Update, and enter your payment details
