I paid for a subscription on my phone but cannot access the Coursology Extension or Coursology Chat on my laptop

Since we do not require users to sign up on our mobile app, it is possible you subscribed to Coursology Pro and have not yet created an account.

If this is the case, please do the following:

  1. Open the Coursology mobile app on your device

  2. Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom right

  3. At the top of the screen, tap on "Log in" and either log in to an existing Coursology account or create a new one. After doing this, your mobile subscription will be linked with your new account.
