To ensure you have continuous access, your Coursology subscription will automatically renew using the payment method on file. When your current subscription term concludes, it will renew at the prevailing subscription rate. You have the option to cancel the automatic renewal at any time.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there is a billing mistake, please submit a support request with the details. We will investigate and help resolve your refund request. If you don’t receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, as some email providers might block emails from unfamiliar addresses.
