If you have canceled your subscription but are still getting charged, it’s possible that you have more than one Coursology account. This can happen if you accidentally mistyped your email address or created a new account unintentionally.

To identify the account that is charging your card, we recommend checking all your email inboxes for the keyword “Coursology” to find any emails from us. Once you locate the correct email address, simply reset your password and log in to the account to cancel the subscription.
