Coursology Write makes citing your existing sources and finding new sources a breeze.

Add Sources

To add a new source to your library, click the "Library" toggle at the top of your editor. This will open your library on the right.

You should see a "+" icon in the bottom right:

Choose between adding a website source of uploading a PDF. Additionally, you can create a folder to group related sources together.

Discover New Sources & Citing Sources

Selecting any text in your document editor and clicking "Cite" will show relevant academic sources found on the web.

The "Library" tab will show all your existing sources. From here, you can choose to cite the source, which will add the corresponding inline citation to your paper and reference in your paper's bibliography.

Citing a source in the Discover tab will also add it to your Library.

If you wish to change the citation style for your paper, you can do so from the settings dropdown.

Your choices for citation style are: MLA, APA, Chicago, Harvard, and IEEE.

AI autocomplete has the ability to reference your library and automatically generate inline citations. If you wish to enable this feature, you can do so by toggling "Auto Cite From Library" in settings:

Edit Source Info
